On Monday, November 4th, tarps were placed over the soil piles at the construction site to help control dust. The following day, Tuesday, November 5th, Key Construction / East Port further addressed site conditions by spraying water along the area using hoses.
Looking ahead, Key Construction / East Port, with the Town’s permission, plans to utilize a fire hydrant on Memorial Drive to spray additional water across the site. This operation is scheduled to take place later this week, pending the installation of a meter and backflow preventer, which will be obtained from the water department.
Additionally, Triton Construction is awaiting confirmation regarding the delivery of a 500-gallon water truck, which may be scheduled for the end of the week.
