Progress and Coordination:
Plumbing Work:
•Backfilling the plumbing pipes with stone in all areas where electrical conduits are not being installed.
Electrical Work:
•Installation of the electrical conduit is scheduled to begin. An inspector is confirmed to be onsite tomorrow, Tuesday, 04/23 at 9:30 AM, to review progress. Initially, the plan was to inspect and backfill in phases, but due to limited availability, the inspection must be performed once all work is complete. If the electrical work is finished by tomorrow, the inspection will occur Thursday morning. If not, it will be conducted Thursday afternoon.
Crane Delivery:
•The crane is scheduled for delivery on Monday, 04/28 but may be rescheduled to Tuesday, 04/29, depending on site readiness.
Access and Parking
•No construction-related parking is permitted on Elm Street or Memorial Drive. •All deliveries must enter the site via King Street. •Any required access via Memorial Drive will be communicated in advance.
Environmental Safety Measures
•Silt fences and silt baskets remain in place to manage runoff and sediment. These controls are being monitored and maintained regularly.

•The Fire District encourages residents to stay updated via the District’s website and community announcements. Key updates will cover project milestones, traffic impacts, and any changes to the construction schedule. Community feedback is always welcome.
